Order Processing Times
We aim to process all orders quickly:

    • Orders placed before 5 AM Arizona Time will ship the same day.

    • Orders placed after 5 AM Arizona Time will ship the next business day.

  • Saturday

    • Orders placed before 5 AM Arizona Time will ship the same day.

    • Orders placed after 5 AM Arizona Time will ship the following Monday.

  • Sunday

    • No orders ship on Sundays.

To avoid any delays, make sure your shipping address is accurate, and please include apartment or suite numbers if applicable.

  • Free Standard Shipping:

    • Free shipping on all orders! No minimum required.

    • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days via USPS.

  • FedEx Two Business Days:

    • Speedy delivery within two business days, regardless of order size.

    • Cost: $10.95

  • Next Business Day Shipping:

    • For the fastest delivery, get your order the next business day via FedEx.

    • Cost: $49.95

    • Available only for orders within the continental U.S.


International Shipping

  • Canada:

    • Shipping costs are based on package weight.

    • Customs duties and taxes are included at checkout for a smooth process.

    • Delivery Time: 7–14 business days via USPS.

  • Other International Destinations:

    • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance. We’re here to assist with any delays.

    • Customs duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

Prime Neckwear Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If your item isn’t quite what you expected, we’ve made returns easy and straightforward.


30-Day Return Window for Non-Sale Items

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return non-sale items for a full refund, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Sale Items & Personalized Products

  • Sale items and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason.


Return Shipping Fee

  • All returns, unless due to a Prime Neckwear error, will incur an $8.99 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund.


How to Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us:

    • Email us at info@primeneckwear.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. Our team will assist you promptly.

  2. Return Label:

    • Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label. Simply pack your items securely, attach the label, and drop it off at your nearest shipping center.

  3. Refund Processing:

    • The original shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable.

    • The $8.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

    • We’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. You will receive an email notification when your refund is processed.


Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we offer free exchanges for all non-sale items. If you’re exchanging for an item that costs more, the difference will need to be paid.

  • After an exchange, all sales are final.

  • Prime Neckwear is not responsible for carrier delays and cannot reimburse or refund shipping charges for any reason.

  • To ensure a smooth process, please return items in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact including plastic sleeves.
