Prime Neckwear Return Policy
Free 30-Day Returns on U.S. Orders
We want you to feel confident shopping with Prime Neckwear. If your item is not quite what you expected, we make returns and exchanges simple.
Eligible U.S. orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery with free return shipping. There are no restocking fees.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact, including plastic sleeves.
Sale Items & Personalized Products
Sale items and personalized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Free Return Shipping
For eligible U.S. returns, Prime Neckwear will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
There is no return shipping charge and no restocking fee for approved U.S. returns.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
To begin a return or exchange, please email us at info@primeneckwear.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. Simply package your item securely, attach the label, and drop it off with the designated carrier.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Expedited shipping fees, including FedEx 2 Business Day and FedEx Next Business Day shipping, are non-refundable. However, eligible items may still be returned according to this return policy.
Exchanges
We offer free exchanges on eligible U.S. orders.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us at info@primeneckwear.com and we’ll be happy to help.
If the new item costs more than the original item, the price difference will need to be paid before the exchange is shipped.
After an exchange has been completed, the exchanged item is final sale.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, returned items must be unworn, unused, and in returnable condition.
If an item is received worn, used, damaged, missing packaging, or otherwise determined to be non-returnable, we will be unable to issue a refund or exchange. Non-returnable items will not be shipped back to the customer.
International Returns
Free return shipping is currently available for U.S. orders only.
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Important Notes
Prime Neckwear is not responsible for carrier delays once a package is in transit.
Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is free for eligible U.S. returns, but paid expedited shipping options are not refunded.
