Label of Love: Once your return request gets the green light, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label. Pop your items in a package, stick that label on like a pro, and drop it off at your nearest shipping spot.

Who Pays for What? While we're all about the prepaid label love, we gotta be upfront about one thing: we will not pay for the return shipping and we won't be able to refund the original shipping cost, if applicable. That's on you, dear trendsetter.
