Monday - Friday:

  • If the order is placed before 9AM Arizona Time the package will be shipped the same day the order is placed. Any order placed after 9AM Arizona time will be shipped the following business day.

Saturday:

  • Any orders placed after 8AM Saturday will not be shipped until Monday as the post office is closed on Sunday. No packages are shipped on Sunday. No UPS Packages are sent on Saturday and will be shipped the following business day.

  • Please double check the address at checkout to ensure the address is correct. please make sure to include an apartment number or suite number if applicable.

We offer FREE exchanges for 60 days from the order date. We provide you with a free, prepaid return label.

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT

We offer FREE returns for STORE CREDIT for 60 days from the order date. We provide you with a free, prepaid return label + an additional $5 credit on top of the store credit to be used for your next purchase.

RETURNS FOR A REFUND

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 30 days of the order date for a refundOnce your return is marked as delivered, we will process the return within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We charge a $5 handling fee per returned order when you return your order for a refund. A printable return label will be emailed to you. Simply attach it to your return package and drop it in the mail.
