If the order is placed before 9AM Arizona Time the package will be shipped the same day the order is placed. Any order placed after 9AM Arizona time will be shipped the following business day.
Saturday:

Any orders placed after 8AM Saturday will not be shipped until Monday as the post office is closed on Sunday. No packages are shipped on Sunday. No UPS Packages are sent on Saturday and will be shipped the following business day.

EXCHANGES
We offer FREE exchanges for 60 days from the order date. We provide you with a free, prepaid return label. There are no return or exchange costs and we pay for the postage for any exchanges.
RETURNS FOR A REFUND
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 30 days of the order date for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable. A $10 handling fee for each returned order is charged when you return your order for a refund. Simply email us for the return address. Email us with your return tracking number once the return package has been shipped. Once your return is marked as delivered back to us, we will process the return within 5-7 business days.
