  2. Refer a friend = Get a reward for every friend who uses the link to make a purchase: What They Get: 25% Off Entire Purchase & What You Get: 25% Off Entire Purchase
  3. Create account = 25 PRIME Points
  4. Enter Your Birthday = 25 PRIME Points
  5. Leave Review = 50 PRIME Points For Review Without A Photo
  6. Leave A Review With Photo = 75 PRIME Points For Review With A Photo
  7. Follow Us On Instagram = 25 PRIME Points
  8. Subscribe To Our Newsletter = 50 PRIME Points

How Can I Redeem Points?

To Redeem Your Points:
1. Create and Login To Your PRIME Neckwear Account
2. Click On The Rewards Tab To View Your Available Rewards
3. Click On The Corresponding Discount You Wish To Redeem
4. Copy The Code
5. Paste The Code In The Discount/Reward Box At Checkout.

75 PRIME Points = $10 Gift Card
150 PRIME Points = $25 Gift card
300 PRIME Points = $55 Gift card
600 PRIME Points = $125 Gift card
or
50 PRIME Points = 5% Off Purchase
100 PRIME Points = 10% Off Purchase
150 PRIME Points = 15% Off Purchase
250 PRIME Points = 25% Off Purchase
You can redeem these rewards to use for yourself or gift them to family and friends for redemption!

How do I get credit for a missing PRIME Neckwear purchase?

You can call us at 480-619-9629 or email us at info@primeneckwear.com.

Points will post to your account  immediately but can take approximately 15 days after purchase.

What should I do if I think there is an error in the points I’ve received?

If it involves a PRIME Neckwear purchase, please confirm it was an eligible purchase and that the item wasn’t returned at a later date. If you return an item in a qualifying purchase for which you received points, we will deduct the corresponding number of points from your account. If you have questions, please call 480-619-9629 and have your receipt handy.

Why didn’t I get points?

There are a few reasons you may not be seeing points in your account:

  • Points may still be pending; points are applied immediately but it take up to 15 days from the purchase date or shipping date for points to be posted to your account
  • Some products and payments are not eligible for points

The following purchases are not eligible for points:

  • Purchases made for resale
  • Purchases paid for with a PRIME Points reward certificate
  • Purchases of PRIME Neckwear Gift Cards
  • Certain charges and fees, including sales tax, state fees, service charges and other charges
  • Commercial purchases
